Course creation from your supplied training materials is quoted per project, separately from your portal subscription. We’ll help you choose suitable materials and confirm any approval or licensing requirements for your academy.
Before your next chapter
The trial lasts 30 days. You can build your academy, create courses, enrol students and explore the portal. Speak to us about the plan you want to try and the billing arrangements before you begin.
Starter includes up to 50 students per year, assessments and your own domain. Professional is £129 per month for up to 250 students, with custom branding, community features and more storage. Organisation is £249 per month for up to 1,000 students, with a named account manager. Tell us about your courses and learner numbers if you would like help choosing.
Yes. You can ask us to write content for your academy or choose from selected preapproved course materials to save time. Both are optional and priced separately from your portal subscription. You can also bring your own content. We’ll confirm which materials suit your courses and any approval or licensing requirements before you choose.
Yes. You can build your own courses using videos, quizzes, reading blocks, scenario cards and other teaching materials. Your academy remains responsible for checking its content and course requirements.
Yes. You can upgrade your plan as your course collection and student numbers grow. Speak to us before you reach your plan limits. You can also ask about extra student capacity, storage and additional onboarding; we will confirm availability and pricing before you choose.
Your own custom domain is included in every plan, including Starter. Custom branding is included in Professional and Organisation; it is not included in Starter.
Starter and Professional are monthly subscriptions that can be cancelled at any time. Contact us for the cancellation process and details of when billing and access will end. Contact us to confirm Organisation cancellation and access arrangements.
Every plan includes one-off guided onboarding: 2 hours with Starter and Professional, and 3 hours with Organisation. Migration support is discussed separately. Tell us what you currently use so we can agree the content, format and support needed.
