What is beauty academy software?
Academexa is a portal for organising your academy’s online theory, courses, learner progress and tutor feedback. It helps bring the learning experience together alongside the practical training you deliver.
Can I use Academexa alongside in person beauty training?
Yes. You can use the portal for theory before, between or after practical sessions. It supports your teaching rather than replacing practical training, assessments or the requirements of your course.
Can I upload my existing beauty course content?
Yes. You can build courses using your own reading material, images and videos, then add activities such as quizzes, card slides and scenarios. You remain responsible for the accuracy of the content and permission to use it.
Can students see their progress and revisit lessons?
The portal includes course progress and access to enrolled learning materials. Students can revisit the lessons available to them, while your team can follow completion across the course.
Can Academexa help write content for my academy?
Yes. Our optional content service can help with bespoke writing, or you can discuss selected ready to use materials. Tell us about your course and any relevant centre approval or awarding body requirements so the team can discuss suitability and a quote.
Does the portal make my courses accredited?
No. Software does not grant accreditation or centre approval. Academexa can support theory delivery and review workflows, but your academy must meet the requirements of the relevant awarding organisation for each course.
